*Please note that we can only provide move-out/move-in services for vacant homes that have electricity and water and are free of biohazards.

A. General - all rooms

1. Spot treatment of walls**

2. Baseboards are cleaned

3. Windows are washed (additional $99 upon request, applicable for first floor only)

4. Dusting of shutters or blinds (deep clean available for an extra $99)

5. Windowsills are cleaned

6. Carpets are vacuumed

7. Floors are mopped

8. Cobwebs are removed from corners

9. Doors are cleaned

10. Switch plates are cleaned

11. Light fixtures are dust-free

12. Vent covers are dust-free

B. Kitchen

1. Cleaning of kitchen furniture inside and outside

2. Microwave is cleaned

3. Top of the microwave is cleaned and free from grease

4. Oven is cleaned inside and out

5. Refrigerator is cleaned inside and out, including the top

6. Countertops are cleaned

7. Kitchen sinks are cleaned

8. Faucets are polished

C. Laundry room

1. Wiping of washer and dryer

2. Cleaning the space between and behind the machines

D. Bathrooms

1. Toilet bowls are cleaned

2. Sinks are cleaned

3. Mirrors are cleaned

4. Bathtubs are cleaned

5. Shower stalls are cleaned

6. Under-sink furniture is cleaned

7. Medicine cabinets are cleaned inside and outside

E. Other

1. Storage rooms are made dust-free

2. Balconies are cleaned (available upon request)

3. Garbage is removed

4. Tracks of balcony doors are cleaned

5. Ledges are wiped

6. Banisters and handrails are cleaned

GENERAL CLEANING

For general cleaning, the checklist remains mostly consistent, with a few exceptions:

• Cleaning inside of cabinets and appliances is available upon request and may involve an extra fee.

• Dusting of furniture is included.

• Making beds is an optional service upon request.

• Laundry services can be provided for an additional fee.

• Wiping screens with a microfiber cloth is available upon request.

• Cleaning of window and door tracks, ledges, and baseboards is performed if time permits.
